Professional Experience
Organizing and mounting exhibitions, reviewing art, and publicity marketing. Instrumental in formation of Southeast Indiana Friends of the Arts (SEIFA), newly-created artist’ organization.
Public art installations. Specifying figurative bronze sculpture for municipal monuments in Lawrenceburg, IN, Newport, KY, Arlington, VA, and Forest Park, Ohio.
Created original art to be digitally reproduced to 12’ x 24’ for display on buildings. Ohio County Tourism Bureau funded the project as part of an on-going campaign.
Designer and creative consultant to the City of Rising Sun for water features to be installed in the downtown plaza in spring of 2005.
Taught 400 fourth and fifth graders to design and paint murals. Project funded by Rural Alliance for the Arts.
Designed and executed two public works of art for rural municipalities.
Managed six week artistic bench project with twenty teenage apprentice artists and five teaching artists for nationally recognized youth employment program.
Created three 3’ x 5’ paintings representing historical buildings in Lawrenceburg.
Teaching abstract and representational painting in oil, watercolors and acrylics. Teaching faux finishing and interior design techniques.
Researched designed and created an animated glockenspiel installation with sculptures and murals representing the Chinook Indian Tribe of Vancouver, WA.San
Commissioned to paint a series of five 6’ x 6’ murals depicting the campus landscape.

Created large graphic images used in the trade show industry. Clients included Apple Computer, Radius, Johnson & Johnson, and several major Silicon Valley companies. All of this while working on freeform and statuary type fountain centerpieces for Mr. Mom's Inc., and Custom Fountains Inc. |
